Sicamous community meeting to address landslide risk after wildfire in Two Mile area
Meeting scheduled for Monday, December 13 at 6 p.m.
A meeting to discuss landslide hazards is being held at the Red Barn Arts Center in Sicamous on Monday 13th December.
At 6 p.m. that day, the Sicamous and Shuswap District Emergency Program (SEP) will use the space to hold a community meeting on the subject of landslide risk following a wildfire in the Two area. Mile.
In-person attendance is limited to 50 people and priority will be given to Two Mile residents. The meeting will also be live streamed and recorded on Zoom; both in-person and online audience members will have the chance to have their questions answered.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. and masks are mandatory to attend.
