First Financial opens new banking and community meeting space at Sixth and Madison in Covington

First Financial Bank announced the opening of the new First Financial Community at Sixth and Madison in downtown Covington, which serves as the bank’s headquarters in Northern Kentucky and offers a wide range of banking advisory services and ‘meeting spaces.

Located at 601 Madison Avenue, the new center features state-of-the-art design that preserves the building’s historic character and storefront. It includes several meeting areas, with audiovisual capabilities, whiteboards and other technological tools in spaces open to the public.

The second floor has a large meeting and event space that can accommodate approximately 75 people, open free to community and civic organizations and non-profit groups. Guests can enjoy free coffee and Wi-Fi in comfortable seating and meeting areas. The space also offers a fully equipped catering kitchen to host events to facilitate meetings.

The space is also equipped with two interactive automated teller machines (ITMs) available for extended hours, giving customers the ability to speak with bankers via video and complete most transactions.
