The Annual Action Plan accepts and allocates funds allocated to the City of Oakland under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for fiscal year 2021/22, HOME Investments Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA). ) programs.
The First Substantive Amendment to the 2020/21 – 2024/25 Five-Year Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) includes the following changes to the Con Plan, including the FY 2020/21 AAP portion of the Con Plan:
1. Period of realization of HOPWA projects;
2. List of planned backup projects to be funded with CDBG if there are CDBG projects completed under budget, delayed or cancelled; and
3. Neighborhood Stabilization Program reallocation of a fund balance of $326,581 and related actions required.
