What I think people don’t know about Rebecca Bowker is that she doesn’t just volunteer during an election cycle. Rebecca has a long history of volunteerism and service in our community. You may have seen her walking down the road picking up trash. You may have seen her tending to the pocket park at Fort Madison. She is proud of her community and does not hesitate to clean what others will refuse to touch.
